Semcon continues to restructure its business in Denmark

As a stage in the ongoing restructuring scheme of the Danish business, Denmark Engineering and Management Consultants A/S has filed for bankruptcy.

The bankruptcy is not expected to have a negative impact on the Group’s results in Q3.

Knud E Hansen A/S, which runs a marine design business, will not be affected by the closedown.
